PITCHER/CATCHER ID CLINIC

 Description:
This is an opportunity to do an extensive clinic for the battery on the diamond. The Pitcher/Catcher ID Clinic is a great way to kick-off the spring season. Each participant will receive curriculum and education from the UConn coaching staff as well as a thorough evaluation for all participants.


Pitchers Program:
Throwing program with an arm care program
Conditioning Program and Diet Plan
Classroom curriculum; including PFP Program, Pitch 101, and Pitch-Calling
NCAA Compliance education
Evaluation of Bullpen


Catchers Program
Throwing program with an arm care program
Conditioning Program and Diet Plan
Classroom curriculum; including Daily Catcher's Work: Blocking, receiving, and pitch-calling
NCAA Compliance education
Evaluation of defensive and offensive skills

  APPLICATION PROCESS
 
   These clinics are run on a first come, first served basis and are usually capped and have a waiting list.
 
  TWO WAY PLAYERS
 
   Players that want evaluation as position player and pitcher. Register for both Pitcher and Catcher, discount will be applied during check out
 
  ANALYTICS REPORT 
   An optional data analysis you can purchase during registration
 
  REFUND POLICY 
   Cost is non-refundable unless notified in writing prior to 30 days of the registered session.
 
  WHAT TO BRING 
   • Sneakers or turfs
• Cleats
• Baseball pants
• Glove
• Bat (metal)
• Undershirt
• Appropriate baseball gear
 
  STAFF 
   Connecticut Head Coach Jim Penders, Assistant Coaches Jeff Hourigan, Chris Podeszwa, Josh MacDonald, and other college coaches.
 
  EXPOSURE 
   This is a prospect school/clinic. Attendees will be exposed to some of the top college programs in the region scouting the event.
